After a 4-5 hour hike across a shallow river and up a mountain in the Peru rainforest, you will complete a tobacco juice cleanse, heal with a Master Teacher Plant brew determined by the shaman, and experience 4-5 ceremonies of ayahuasca. During the Dieta, you will be completely restricted from consuming salt, sugar, or caffeine in any form. Dieta is more than dieting from certain foods - it is about resetting the body, mind, and spirit by additionally abstaining from many physical activities and interactions that impact our energy weeks before and after the formal Dieta. The full Dieta process is 1 month long.

June 27 - July 11
"Optional 3 weeks in Peru in July" The Dieta starts June 27; the shared course ends July 20. Dates are correct. This is 2 days longer than 3 weeks, but I am sticking to 3 weeks for ease of communication.
This is recommended for individuals who have previously experienced an Ayahuasca ceremony and are ready to go deeper into their relationship with healing jungle plants.
Unit 3 · Part 2: July 12 -20, 2027
After completing one of the above options, students have the option to spend 9 days at an indigenous chacra (family home compound) learning how to harvest ayahuasca and chacruna and cook the ayahuasca brew with prayer, song, and intention. At the end, students will prepare and lead their own ayahuasca ceremony with the teachers and facilitators.

For Unit 3: Dieta, Sacred Ayahuasca Retreat, and Ayahuasca Cooking Course are each separately priced. Choose to attend any one or two events to best fit your needs and availability.
All students must have a valid passport that expires after January 2028 to register for Units 2 & 3.
Fees for Unit 2 & Unit 3 cover accommodations, meals, and airport transfers - they DO NOT cover airfare.
Unit 1 is a pre-requisite for Unit 2 and Unit 3 - participation in Units 2 or 3 may be postponed until a future year without retaking Unit 1. Pricing may change each year.
Former PMFT students from 2023-2026 may join Unit 2 or Unit 3 without repeating Unit 1. They may participate in either the Dieta or the Ayahuasca Cooking Class independently of one another as a stand-alone experience.
